Clif opened Paramount Grill in August 2001 to realize his vision of serving fresh, inventive cuisine, coupled with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Gainesville.
Our wait staff is attentive without being intrusive. We use only the best, freshest ingredients and most everything is house-made including our desserts. Our menus change frequently in order to provide locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients when available, so check back often!

Help support Gainesville's gem, The Hippodrome Theatre, while enjoying a good meal. Starting July 17th through July 2019, Paramount Grill will donate 10% of gross receipts from all Tuesday sales to the Hippodrome in response to the state's funding cuts to the theatre.
In return, customers who dine at Paramount on "HIPP TUESDAYS" can bring their receipt to the Hippodrome box office and receive a special gift. Plus, while you're there, enjoy one of their many unique stage productions or films.
The Hippodrome is celebrating its 45th season as a professional regional theatre. With over 340 active programming days annually, the Hippodrome is the cultural anchor of Gainesville's historic downtown.

UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA & SANTA FE COLLEGE GRADUATION RESERVATIONS
During University of Florida and Santa Fe College graduation weekends, we are often completely booked months in advance. However, closer to the date of graduation seatings can become available. So, it doesn't hurt to inquire!
In order to provide excellent service for all — we require the following:
- Date and requested time
- A phone number where you can be reached
- Number of guests in your party
Then, we will contact you by phone to set up the time for your reservation. We require a credit card number for a deposit of $15 per-person ($5 per-person for Sunday Brunch) which will be applied to your bill when you dine with us. The card will not be charged until two weeks before your reservation date.
Cancellations require email notification dated NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. The deposit is non-refundable after that time. Please limit all communications regarding your reservation to the original email sent.
An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all parties which will be written on your bill.
Please note: The dinner menu will be served all day on Friday and Saturday of graduation weekends.
Please also note: there is a $30 per-bottle corking fee if you bring your own wine ($50 for magnums) in order to pay for wine service and glasses. If you bring your own dessert/cake there is a $4 per person charge to store, cut and serve.
